PA / Admin Support
We offer PA or Virtual assistant services to run alongside decluttering and organising sessions. The aim is to provide additional support as required to assist with managing life / business administration in order to maximise the benefits of addressing life’s clutter.
Services offered include but are not limited to:
· Dealing with general personal admin such as mail, bills, shredding, scanning, printing.
· Dealing with telephone calls, emails and messaging.
· Proof reading, minute taking and support with record keeping.
· Gathering information, obtaining quotes and checking reviews.
· Errand running – post office, pharmacy, online shopping.
· Preparations for events – gift wrapping, supporting arrangements for gift buying / sending.
· Acting as a chaperone and driver - Mileage charges may apply when travel is required.
As with all the services I offer, I will take great care to be as efficient and accurate as possible and will provide records / timesheets to breakdown the work completed.
These services (please ask for further details of what can be offered) can be accessed in a couple of different ways.
· If you require a small amount of ad hoc support with tasks that I can complete as and when I have opportunities between structured client sessions, I will offer up to 4 hours of time for tasks (to be completed within 1 working week) at a reduced rate of £32 per hour (charged to the nearest 15 min). I can invoice for this independently or alongside any in-person sessions.
· For lengthier / more complex administration tasks / projects, tasks with a specific time frame or if you wished to meet in person, I would need to dedicate specific time in the diary and therefore charge the standard rates as outlined for in-person services.
Payment terms are negotiable and alternative arrangements considered in certain circumstances. Please discuss with Adele Knott.
My ‘working hours’ are generally 8am – 8pm from Monday – Thursday and 8am – 5pm on Fridays. I occasionally work weekends on an appointment basis with advanced notice.
Unless dedicated time slots have been booked, please appreciate that I may be unable to respond straight away if I am working directly with another client. I will always aim to respond to calls, texts or emails within 2 working days. Generally, my responses will be swifter than this, particularly by text / Whatsapp message which would be preferred during the hours of 8am-5pm when I am most likely to be with clients in person.
There is potential that I will pick up messages and work ‘out of hours’ on occasion but I would appreciate it if communications between 10pm-7am on weekdays or between 10pm-9am at weekends/holidays could be by email only unless the situation is of a particularly urgent nature.
